It has a trimmer on the back of the blades to help reduce irritation for those sensitive, thin skinned areas that a regular razor just can't touch! The handle is soft with a textured grip underneath to prevent slippage in the shower. In addition, the razor blades are easy to remove with a quick touch of a button. No more nicks from trying to pull or slide the blade off as I have seen with other razors. The package came with 1 razor and handle and 2 cartridges. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got thisbto well keep myself maintained. I have yet to huetmyself using this razor. I don't recommend using it for full out jungle bushes but if trimmed it works amazing especially in the more sensitive places.
