Did you really think we wouldn't notice the 3.92" Width? We have used Charmin for over 40 years, but since you cheaped out on the width, we had to make a change to Cottonelle (4.2"W) & Quilted Northern (4"W) Won't go back to Charmin until you go to at least 4" wide. Very upset.

First, let me tell you that I have never in my life purchased Charmin toilet paper before. I have always stuck to one particular brand and have re-purchased it time after time. When I received my Charmin 4 roll to try, I was very presently surprised as to how bulky the pack was. I did use the pack right away even though I still had rolls of my other toilet paper that I was still using, I was very excited to test and try the Charmin toilet paper out. When I opened the pack up, I was once more presently surprised as to how soft and thick the roll was, and when I first used the roll, WOW, it was ultra-soft on my behind. However, without getting to graphic, I did notice that at times I would have some breakage while wiping, that I did not like. The thing that I loved was that the paper was very absorbent, I required less paper usage, and that there were no toilet paper fuzzes (lint) flying around.

We've been using this toilet tissue for years, but, the rolls seem to be so tightly sealed now, we lose a good few feet of the paper before it rolls properly. Maybe production should not seal them this tight? We rarely buy another brand, but, this does bug me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally got my package in the mail. So of course I was ready to try it. The first thing I noticed was that 4 mega rolls were in the package. We go through a lot of tissue in my home so this is great. Today was the first day that we used the tissue and even my 15 year old says he likes how soft it is. I have also been it to wipe my daughter's runny nose. I noticed that it is not as harsh as our normal tissue. We will be switching brands.

It was much softer than anticipated but even more surprising was how strong it was. I have two sons, so strong toilet paper is essential to teaching them that half a roll is not needed for each bathroom trip! This toilet paper does not tear apart and is durable to get the job done. An added bonus is the incredible size of this roll! Mega is appropriate because if it was any larger it would not fit on our toilet paper roll!

My comment is about your advertisement. It is misleading. I know what "$ times more" means. If I usually use one, then "4 times more" then I would use 5. What is"4 times less?" Does that mean if I wipe my butt twice that I only need to do it .4 times? If I use 4 sheets, does it mean that I can use .8 sheets? I hope you can hire an ad agency that can count (even using their fingers)!

I love the bigger rolls as it isn't necessary to change out the roll as often. This is the softest toilet paper in my opinion. If you are looking for a soft toilet paper I would highly recommend the Charmin Ultra Soft. Simply love it!
