I am a lifelong Charmin user but am now disappointed in the Ultra Soft / Easy Tear. The paper is THINNER than previous versions. The main reason I purchase Charmin Ultrasoft is for the thickness.. Sadly, I guess it's time to purchase another brand and check the thickness...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra Soft is my go to brand for toilet tissue. Don't let the name fool you, its not just soft but its strong. You don't need a lot of sheets like with some other bath tissue, this works great without having to go through the roll to fast.

It's a wonderful value for the price. It's also extremely soft, soft enough to use as tissue. I will definitely be switching to Charmin Ultra Soft! Thanks Charmin for the sample!

Charmin is so soft, double ply, thick, fluffy, and cleans wonderfully. He's TP ever and I defineitly recommend it for your behind.

I have had the same free standing roll holder in a small bathroom for 15 years. This year, the rolls have become so narrow that they do not stay on the holder. I end up putting them on the floor. This is beyond aggravating. The holder is a high quality chrome stand by Samuel Heath. Can you please make the rolls conform to the standard size again? If you have a different holder it's less of a problem. Did you think we might not notice that you have narrowed the rolls?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used charmin ever since I was a kid. It is soft,thick, leaves no lints or pieces. Also, has a pleasant scent. As far as the size if the roll fits fine on the holder and seems to lasts as long as my regular charmin. You can't go wrong is using this product.

I have been using Charmin Ultra Soft since it was introduced. I would like to speak to the marketing genius that decided to save a few cents and make the rolls 3/8 inch narrower. You took what I considered a perfect product and ruined it with this change. Not only does this narrower roll flop on the holder causing it to tear unevenly but a much more serious flaw of not being large enough to cover you hand properly and causing.....well I hope that you get the picture. As far as I'm concerned I am looking for another brand -- yes you've lost a customer, and I will tell every one I know what you did to your loyal customers. I'm an Engineer and what you accomplished is create a design flaw in a roll of toilet paper.....and from my perspective that is very hard to do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The toilet paper was great other then this product being a little more pricey so to me not that great a deal with a big family, the paper itself was very nice, didn't take a lot to use and goes a lot further then the cheap brands... sure wish it was a little cheaper or more tools for a decent price..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra-Soft is everything TP should be. It's soft, not scratchy, and yet it doesn't fall apart in your hand or leave behind a lot of lint. It's strong enough you don't have to use half a roll at a time. And speaking of rolls, this one is big, so you don't have to change the roll every other day. I also thought it was a good value for the money -- a winner all the way around.

I was a person before who only would use cheaper, generic tp....WHAT WAS I THINKING! Charmin Ultra Soft is durable, holds up, and because of how it is made, I am using WAY less than I was on my generic rolls. Before, I was literally throwing money down the toilet! I am now a Charmin fan and will not think of going back to generic.
