[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the double ply Charmin ultra soft it is the softest toilet paper and I love it. It is 75% more absorbent while using 4x less. It's soft on the Tushie and cleans extremely well.

Product has changed in softness and also has gone way up in price. Please go back to your old formula. I will pay less for another brand now because of these reasons.

This is the ultimate TP! It can't be beat. We have bought only Charmin for as long as I can remember and have used ultra soft since it came out. It is soft, strong, priced well and gets the job done.

I have been a loyal customer of yours for many years, but NO more. Why do company think they need to make improvements?? If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Narrower is NOT BETTER. Will not buy your product again.

The shorter rolls do not fit my paper holder, they fall out! I will have to buy a new one! Don't want to do that. Does anyone still make the 4 1/2 inch rolls? I'll buy theirs.

The ONLY toilet paper I will use! I love that it’s soft and durable. I have sensitive skin and this seems to be the only toilet paper that doesn’t irritate my skin.
