So deceptive of you to sneakily reduce roll width. The roll now looks like a short fat spool of ribbon and slides around on the tissue holder. Your ads are plastered all over t-v, but you seem to have left this size reduction out - - hoping consumers wouldn't notice??? Will change brands when my current supply is exhausted.

She is truly a queen to the throne. I have a septic tank which was something new to me. My very first year in my home was full of clogged toilets and backed up septic system. The repair men suggested I use a single ply toilet paper...I laughed and said that was what I was using. That night while watching TV I saw a Charmin ad which said it was clog free and safe for the septic system. I went out and bought Charmin Ultra Soft. Finally softness and it was good for the septic too. I am happy to say that my septic problems have decreased dramatically and now Charmin Ultra Soft is the Queen to my throne.

Boo!!! You changed the size and now the rolls don't fit my springloaded paper holders. I gave the rest of the package to my niece and she said it flops all over her 'standard' style paper holders and leaves a big gap on the holder stick. Bad design!!!!

Charmin is soft and durable,yet flushes without clogging. I cant imagine using any other toilet paper again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toilet paper is definitely the softest we've ever used. It was totally not abrasive, it didn't leave behind any lint, and cleaned well. My one issue, however, is that the giant roll does not fit into the paper holder until it's been reduced in size. That is a huge deal breaker for me, as my two small children don't have access to the paper. For this reason alone I will not be buying Charmin. If that were not a consideration I'd be sold.

I do however still really love charmin products but from now on I will be getting the ultra stong version.

It is two ply and very strong yet soft. It feels very good and there actually is a lot more on the roll then you would expect. I will definitely purchase charmin ultra soft again in the future. I feel like it is a very good value for what you pay and what you are getting.

I used used it as tissue during a very bad cold, and my nose did not hurt the way it would if I used regular tissue. It is very soft and VERY durable. My family of 5 was shocked that I 1.got the toilet paper free for review & 2.how overall good of a product it is. This product was not only soft but strong and sturdy. Other soft toilet paper products didn't flush as easily as Charmin Ultra Soft did and that's a real plus in my book. The roll as lasted much longer than other products that I've tried before. I will definitely be purchasing Charmin Ultra Soft toilet paper in the future.
