I have been very disappointed with the Charmin Ultra Soft toilet paper I have been using recently. I have noticed things like an half of an inch being cut off each roll. I have bought multiple rolls and it barely fits between the springs, when you pull on the roll, it pops right out of the thing. It is very disappointing to me. The wiping area is also different. One must be careful where one puts ones fingers with the shorter width. I'm not at all happy with the change, and as I recall, the price did not reflect the 18 inches of missing toilet paper. With the past couple rolls I have bought, I have been having pieces left behind. In addition, I have been having issues with my toilet clogging and I haven’t been using that much toilet paper. I am completely unsatisfied with this product and will never buy it again.

I previously used Charmin Ultra Strong, and I liked it very much, but the Ultra Soft is more luxurious. I find that with the Ultra Soft, I am using less and it just feels better. That's the "bottom" line!

With a family of 5, we certainly go through a ton of toilet paper! Especially with kids. I'm a very savvy shopper and love to save, so I do not always buy the popular name brands. With paper products there is a huge price difference!! When the package arrived from Charmin, everyone took a roll to keep in their bathroom. While it can be hard to determine whether it lasted longer or not than our regular brand, it was noticeably way softer! The kids more than anyone else in the house races about how it was so fluffy and soft. However, I personally found it to be too soft leaving bits and pieces flake off. The mega roll may have more absorbency per sheet, but I find no matter what brand you use, you tend to still use the same about of paper per use. I do feel Charmin is of much higher quality, but for the price difference alone, I'll stay with my "other" brand. Charmin is pictured on the bottom, the slightly larger roll.

What has happened to your very expensive paper? When unwinding it, it is like it is stapled about every other inch. Cannot get a good two piece to do the job. Not happy with the price I pay and getting a lot of paper I cannot use. I would not use this product again,

We've used Charmin Toilet Tissue for over 20 yrs. & have always found it to be of dependable quality. But for the last year we lose several inches of tissue from each roll because the starting end seems to have been stamped into the roll & thus we have to tear & waste a few inches from each roll before getting it started. The starting end used to just be lightly attached to the roll. I'm considering buying one of your competitors products that don't stamp the starting end into the roll. Living on a fixed income I watch our pennies & buy products that are a good value for my money.

I used it to remove my makeup, to wipe my son's nose, and I used it on my 21 month old baby's fragile dirty hands after fussing with her food.
