I have used the Charmin sensitive for a lot of years. Over the past few years you guys have continually changed first the size, then the quantity of size of the roll and now the quality of the paper. The last few I bought, the paper was so thin it tore in pieces when you tried to use it and the 2 ply wasn't even lined up correctly on the roll..when you tore it off it was uneven. You have constantly increased the price but lowered the quality as well as quantity and Id am terribly upset. There are only two brands that have the aloe in it. If you guys can't get it together and get this product back to what it was then I will be switching. We are paying way too much for a product that has consistently been reduced to inferior.

My daughter happened to have a cold right around the time it came in the mail and she usually causes quite a fuss about getting her nose wiped but she was all for itwith this new soft toilet paper. I also loved that it was durable and strong while also being soft on my skin. I would definitely buy this product.

Terrible I am very concerned that no one is watching the manufacturer plant because i have a large family with 7 bathrooms and we buy in bulk. The cardboard rolls in the center are all bound and turned within the roll, It has made it so that for one thing it can not be put on a toilet paper holder and when you unroll them by hand it can only be used a third of the way then the entire roll falls to pieces. We purchased 3 large packs of 36 and they are all made faulty. Someone need to goo to the plant and d some checking on the employees and machines to make sure product is made properly. A little care in your product goes a long way. I would send photos but you do not have a place to upload photos.

Wow - I am now a believer...and a buyer!! The paper was so soft and comfortable, yet amazingly strong with endurance when it was needed. It is so much better than many other toilet paper I have tried and definitely a good value for the money!!

My whole crew loves Charmin Ultra Soft!! I switched the rolls from a store brand and my husband even made a comment a day or two later: "I really like that new toilet paper you got." Over the last few months there have been numerous complaints of bad batches and I received one of them. According to the “CharminTeam” this was due to a change in the embossing process that may make the texture feel thinner or coarse. However, you feel it is the same quality when it is clearly not. Why change a good thing? It feels both thin and coarse now compared to before. We will not purchase any new products until you correct this issue. It doesn’t feel the same no matter what you say. Your QA dropped the ball as real customers can clearly tell the difference in quality. It feels like you cheaped out while elevating the cost.

These rolls seem to have more paper on them as they last a longer time than my usual rolls which means I don't have to change them as often .... a big plus.
