The smaller size rolls are a big mistake from my point of view. I would willingly pay a higher price for the 'original' size. Maybe you could give your customers a choice if you are stuck on the smaller sheets. I will have to switch to a different brand if the smaller sheet is all I can get from you. Even if they are more expensive. You have removed a benefit from this product which in my view adversely affects its place as a high quality product, it is worth a lot less to me now.

It was soft, durable and I was able to use less than I would normally which makes my heart happy because I love to save money! Having to use less means it will last longer! Great quality! I highly recommend Charmin Ultra soft!

I love the product for many reasons most of all, how it feels against the skin and the softness. Plus no left over residue. The only negative i find in it, is the size. the mega roll does not fit my toilet paper dispenser holder. to tight of a squeeze and could not roll the tube and get my toilet paper off of the roll while on the holder. so i had to use it while sitting on the counter top until it reached the size of a normal double roll.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toilet paper is definitely the softest we've ever used. It was totally not abrasive, it didn't leave behind any lint, and cleaned well. My one issue, however, is that the giant roll does not fit into the paper holder until it's been reduced in size. That is a huge deal breaker for me, as my two small children don't have access to the paper. For this reason alone I will not be buying Charmin. If that were not a consideration I'd be sold.

It's great to the touch , it cleans and doesn't shred but, try to tear one sheet at a time and it is difficult to separate , don't loose the end , now that's a challenge . I definitely will buy Charmin again and again because it is my favorite brand but will buy Ultra strong instead . This is a great brand of bathroom tissue. Here is a list of my reasons why 1. It's soft, but strong It's a great product for removing makeup, it's even great for blowing your nose because it is soft and you always have to have bathroom tissue in the house. It's very good for it's intended use not at all irritating. 2. It's thick That's a very good thing because you don't have to use that much to get the job done. 3. The rolls last a long time. It's a great value. 4. I trust the brand 5. My hard earned money must be stretched out as far as can take it. Other brands aren't as good they aren't as thick and observant, some may be three ply and or have more sheets per roll but they don't match the value and quality I get with this brand and this particular type of bathroom tissue. The strong bathroom tissue is great too but the softer one is an all around winner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Charmin Ultra Soft Toilet Paper pack that was sent to me to try for FREE was a Godsend! It is the closest thing to an extra cushiony soft security blanket that you would ever feel. It is so plush and does not require many sqare pieces becaue it gets the job done for less. The only"negative" comment I could make which I did not find all that bothersome, is that it turned out to be such a MEGA Roll that it did not fit on my standard toilet paper wall hanging slot. I literally had to use it for awhile before it was the width of the usuaal standard rolls. I sat this lightly because it is not really a negative to me. With children in the home we need A LOT of tp and this CHARMIN MEGA ROLL very much delivered! It was a SOFT, Long Lasting PLEASURE to try!

Charmin Ultra Soft and its predecessors have been the tissue of choice in my home for over 30 years. Last month, I purchased a new pack of mega-rolls and found that the rolls have been cut more narrowly in an apparent cost-saving measure. Although it's still soft, my luxurious Charmin now looks and handles like the abysmal, useless dirt-cheap narrow tissue found in truck stops and airports. Please hike the price five cents and keep selling the luxurious product that Charmin has always been. Please keep the product worthy of the brand you've built. Thanks for listening.
