Ever since this pandemic began people went crazy trying to purchase toilet paper which seemed impossible to get. Once it became available I was one of the lucky ones. What used to be considered MEGA is now smaller, each square is smaller but the same money. False advertising. They are NOT MEGA. It's a disgrace that you're misleading your customers especially during a time like this. Fess up!

Charmin has been my family’s only tissue since it first became available. Back to the days of Mr Whipple. (Btw, I miss him). I was traumatized by the pandemic when all tissue became extinct. I was forced to buy the most horrible roll of flexible white cardboard imaginable. I’ve learned my lesson and I have made a vow... I recently examined squares of Charmin Ultra Soft 12 Mega Rolls between two rolls from the same package and found they were not the same. I suspected this as I worked my way through one roll. I saved a square and compared it with a square from the next roll and found they were different. The first roll was no longer ultra soft like the square from the second roll.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin ultra soft is truly the perfect toilet paper. It's very soft, and not scratchy at all. It's very thick, and absorbent, so you don't need to use an entire roll at once, as with lesser quality toilet paper.

The product itself its so so soft, big which is so convenient its like having a more rolls for less. Great great product will forever use it in this toilet paper, happy tushys.

I found that Charmin lasted a little longer than the brand we generally use. Also I don't usually use Charmin, because I didn't like the quality of their other products, but I would definitely use this. The good things about it were that it was soft and didn't leave any leftover toilet paper o your bottom and it lasted longer.

It really is true - one roll lasts 4 times longer than the brand we have been using and it really is VERY soft. We love the new Charmin! Only thing we had to do was use the roll for a couple of days before it would fit on the holder on the wall but that didn't matter - we love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free sample of Charmin Ultra Soft from Charmin. It is far better than most toilet papers out there, much better than store brands. It's stronger and thicker. However, I still do prefer Charmin Ultra Strong. The commercials with the cartoon bears really do hit the nail on the head with the "clean bottom" issue. I do agree that the Charmin brand leaves you with the cleanest bottom :)

The new easy tear , don’t need it andddd the size , it’s now narrower and not as soft ,I hate it  You just made it cheaper and that’s not right  I used to have people come out of my bathroom asking me what I use and I would brag ultra soft  , not nowwwwwwwwww

I love the Charmin Ultra, it's a part of my family now, can't live without it. I know when I use this, I don't have to worry about being fresh and clean. I don't have to use extra, worry about using more, or worry about lint being left. I love the Charmin Ultra soft, my new addition to my family! Like a child! :)
