I love how soft Charmin Ultra is, it doesn't feel like I'm using sand paper and it cleans really well. With the thickness I don't have to worry about my kids wasting it. I am defiantly switching to Charmin Ultra. :)

Over the last few months there have been numerous complaints of bad batches and I received one of them. According to the “CharminTeam” this was due to a change in the embossing process that may make the texture feel thinner or coarse. However, you feel it is the same quality when it is clearly not. Why change a good thing? It feels both thin and coarse now compared to before. We will not purchase any new products until you correct this issue. It doesn’t feel the same no matter what you say. Your QA dropped the ball as real customers can clearly tell the difference in quality. It feels like you cheaped out while elevating the cost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received Charmin Ultra Soft toilet paper and as soon as I touched it I knew it was awesome, the rolls are huge and super soft, you get so much paper in just one roll and its very resistant even when its wet, I like that there was no residue when cleaning your skin and that the product has no scent making it great for people with sensitive skin. Please make sure to try it, I guarantee you wont regret it and your bottoms will thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a package of Charmin to test and i am truely surprised! This product was a huge change from my regular store brand! I loved the feel and it holds up well. By half way through the first roll I noticed that I was using less, therefore possibly an opportunity to save in the long run. In addition to the added softness there are no "left behind pieces" which are a pet peeve of mine. I have also noticed that there seems to be less paper lint in my holder. These rolls are bigger than my regular brand so I was concerned that they wouks not fit in my holder. My fears were not needed as they fit perfectly and are easy to roll off. Tearing off the sheets is easy and takes little effort So the roll stays neat and always looks tidy. The comfort level of this tissue is an added benefit that has a luxurious feel. Its very soft while still strong enough to do the job. it is truly a mix of softness yet strong!

I can actually feel the difference and the softness if I rip off a square and compare it to my old brand. With my old brand in our downstairs bathroom we go through a role in no time at all. Upstairs we use Charmin Ultra and the roll seems to last forever. I like the size of the package as well. No septic problems because you just don't need as much as the cheap brand. Charmin Ultra is a winner at out house for sure!

I was pleasantly surprised that Charmin Ultra Soft is better than the brand I have been using. The rolls are very large with many sheets, so it lasted a long time. The quality was thick and sturdy, didn't tear easily while using. And best of all very soft.

Love your product. Used for over 30 years. Hate your new size choices. Please go back to the standard size roll that fits the standard wall dispenser. Looking for options elsewhere. Hate the huge sizes or the small rolls. Why change a great thing. Cant we count on you to provide the best product.

I changed out the roll in the guest bathroom immediately. She was staying the night so was able robtry it and comment. She Was very positive. I loved the roll i put in my bathroom! Most 'soft' options are either way to thin, or they do not leave me clean feeling. I was very pleased with the Charmin Ultra Soft because it was thick, so I did not have to use a lot each time, and it left me feeling very clean. I love that it was softer than what I had been using, left me very clean and each roll lasted longer than I am used to!!
