I accidently bought Charmin Ultra Soft instead of Charmin Clean. This is the opposite of Charmin Clean! It leaves "lint" everywhere! On my panties, clothes and body. I need to use a wet wipe to get it all off. Maybe I bought a bad batch, but I am counting the rolls until it is gone. Tissues don't leave this kind of mess so I don't understand why this toilet paper does.

Have noticed that you have changed the texture of the product and shortened the width by approx. 1/2 inch or there abouts. have used basic ever since it came available, really liked it, but now will be looking for a different brand because I do not like the texture and the width is too narrow.

I have bought Charmin for years,but with the last purchase I noticed that the company has decreased the width of the roll which leaves at least an extra inch on the toilet paper holder and the circumference of the roll is at least an inch wider, so now the extra rolls will not fit into the toilet paper holder that I have used for years. I will no longer be buying your product.

I am the one who has to buy it all the time in our house and even my husband commented on how long each roll lasts! I love it for the guest bathroom so that I don't worry about it running out when we have company. I hate when that happens. It's soft, strong and saves time on re-stocking. Charmin is significantly softer and more durable - it never breaks apart. After asking our local plumber, it is safe to use with our septic system as well. We will never buy anything else again!

I'm a grandma and I want to tell the little bear that he's absolutely right. You don't have to wad. I wouldn't have believed it, but my son had Charmin Ultra Soft in his home. I discovered the difference on my first go at his house. Now I have Charmin in my bathroom at home. I find old habits are hard to break. I routinely pull off the 8-10 squares I would use with a different brand. Then, if I haven't torn it from the roll, I roll the extra squares back on. If I've torn it already, I tear off the needed three or four squares and drape the remainder on the roll holder for next time. Using only three or four squares is saving me 50% on my toilet paper costs. Even more amazing is how strong Charmin Ultra Soft is. I only need a few squares to blow my nose. It's so soft it doesn't irritate my delicate nasal tissue, and I don't think it's possible to blow through it. Baby Bear, you're absolutely right. Charmin is simply the best for your family and mine. The problem we had with this toilet paper is that it is almost too thick, making it harder for little hands to hold when wiping, and it let's off quite a bit of "lint". This was a problem we have had with this t.p. before but had hoped it was better now. It is marginally better than it used to be but still lets off lint when pulling it off the roll or while using it. So while it is soft and cushiony my family would not purchase it as we do not like the extra thickness or the fuzz it lets off.

Imagine my surprise when I tried the newly improved Charmin Ultra Soft - still soft, still strong, still very absorbent, but now leaving no lint! This makes for very happy bums in my family. With three boys, we have lots of toilet talk in our house, so it should come as no surprise that Charmin Ultra Soft was a topic of discussion one night during dinner! It was decided, by unanimous vote, that we would permanently make Charmin Ultra Soft our new choice for toilet paper. Soft, strong, super-absorbent, and now lint free!
