The "BETTER TEAR" feature you recently added has turned into a horrible idea from my perspective. At first, the wavy line of perforations was fine but I did not see it as much of an improvement. Now, the product I have been getting in the stores leaves a lot to be desired. The sheets seldom if ever tear where they are intended to because the perforations are too shallow to do any good. The result is a piece of tissue that is either too small, too large, or just an odd-shaped patch that is totally worthless.

Or have held up and felt like wax paper ouch..... My husband God bless him has some digestive issues and Charmin holds up to his heavy duty needs. Charmin has become the new staple in our house.

Got my sample of Charmin Ultra soft by post and put it to test almost immediately. So soft felt like soft cotton. Best of all a small piece does the job great without fingers getting wet/dirty.Its tough too so does not break under pressure. Love it. Its gentle enough to be used by children too.I can soak it a bit and use it on my baby too.Also used it to remove my make up at night. NO Hassle. 5 stars to Charmin Ultra soft.

The toilet paper is that soft. I don't usually write reviews on toilet paper, because people tend not to care about comfort, just cost. But after I got my free sample in the mail, this has been the only kind of toilet paper I can get, my butt has been spoiled! It's not much more than the store brands, so I'm shelling out a few extra cents to have my butt pampered during toilet time. Also, it's safe to use with septic systems, which is the number 1 thing I have to look for when purchasing toilet paper. My dad stopped over and used the toilet paper, and he said it felt like wiping with a terry cloth, and wanted to know where I got it so he could pick some up on the way home. I thought the commercials on tv were just exaggerating, but you have really got to try this toilet paper!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product from Charmin for my honest review. Prior to my adult life, my parents always purchased bargain toilet paper. I never really put much thought in toilet paper to be quite honest. I can see now that you get what you pay for. Charmin is way more - ahem - effective than bargain TP thus, you use much less. Not to mention, it doesn't feel like using balled up printer paper on your tush. Yikes! That is not what you want to feel after giving birth to twins - which I did last year. Charmin may not always be the cheapest but there are some things you just shouldn't scrimp on. Go ahead and splurge on the mega rolls and you'll find that you're buying TP much less often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my house a roll of toilet paper lasts about 2 days if I am lucky. A roll of Charming Ultra Soft lasted 5 days!, And it lives up to its name. It is super soft. And super strong. It doesn't fall apart or crumble into little balls when being used for its intended purpose. No more buying bargain brand toilet paper for me. It's only Charmin Ultra Soft for me from now on.

I have been using Charmin Ultra Soft tissues for about 20 years. Never had a problem with the product. However, this last package I bought had 3 defective cardboard roller. Each blocked the hole to put my roll holder. I had to cut a hole in one roll. The others I just kept near my toilet. I am not asking for a refund since I don't know when I bought this packaged but just want Charmin to improve their quality control.

We had Charmin ultra soft delivered, and didn't notice the changed labels. The other day I realized the roll was totally different!! Curvy tear off meant ease of tearing AND the square didn't tear!!! This new curvy tear off also has meant that I haven't had to search and spin the roll on the next voyage to the necessary. All in all, I super recommend this updated product. Five stars. Highly recommend!!

We have buying this product for years and it has been great but we just purchased a large package to discover that some of the rolls are 1 ply and some are 2 ply. Trust me when I tell you that the 1 ply tissue is very different experience than we have become accustomed to. I know that during this pandemic, everything is wacky but a large roll of 1 ply tissue is "rough going" for a long time. My responses above reflect only my latest experience not overall.

I have stood by this product for years but since covid this product is not what it clams. My last 2 purchases have not been soft at all. I have compared it to Northern and Northern is much softer. I am fussy about my toilet paper and always bought Charmin. Not anymore and feel bad that my son started to buy it cause I did.
