I wear these shirts under my scrubs in the colder months, and they both fit and look great. Love that the neckline doesn't stretch out of shape and the fabric is soft and cozy. They do run large. At 5'4", 130 lbs, and a 36C, I'd normally take a men's/unisex medium for comfort in the bust, but a small fits perfectly with just enough ease. These shirts launder and machine dry beautifully with little to no noticeable shrinkage and they wear like iron. Fantastic, ultra affordable basic for the whole family

This is a very nice long sleeve shirt, by far the nicest for the money. I get these every year but they do run large, I normally wear a medium, I won't return this one. However, I'll buy small from here on out.

An absolute bargain for a well made crew neck. Washes and wears very well. I wear it with quarter zip and flannels. Looks great and feels great!
