It’s reliable and gets the job done. It isn’t overly stripping but helps breakup the dry shampoo and hairspray buildup. I love the smell personally but it is a heavy rose scent that lingers after washing. My hair is shiny and smooth after using. I have noticed zero irritation while using this shampoo. I’ve been struggling with postpartum hair loss, and although this product is not promoted to help with hair loss I did notice a significant decrease in my hair loss. Additionally it added so much shine to it and frizz is non existent. I loved this product so much I went ahead and got the conditioner to go with it.
