The shampoo is a gel like consistency which I found it caused me to use more product than I would normally use every time I squeeze the bottle because it just comes out so fast and at once. So I feel like this caused a lot of waste and I ended up using the product more quickly. The shampoo does a good job at cleaning but it was not moisturizing which caused my scalp to get dry. My hair had a lot of volume when I used it but it also felt like it was lacking moisture. I don't think it is a bad shampoo but for my personal needs I don't think it is a good fit. My partner enjoys it too so that's that.
