However, I don’t think this shampoo is the best option for dandruff or a sensitive scalp. It smells great and softens my hair, but it didn’t help with flakes. Overall, it’s good for softness and fragrance, just not ideal for dandruff.

I have seborrheic dermatitis, fine hair w oily scalp, if I dont wash my hair for even a day, my hair looks limp like a cow licked it. With this Herbal essense, my hair had body and strength even after 2 days of not washing, scalp not as oily, twice less and the need to put on leave in conditioner is much lesser, does not tangle as much. And the light scent is like a nice topping at the end.
