I have thin hair that gets greasy relatively easily so not all products work for me. This one left my hair, shiny and clean with a nice smell. I tend to wash every day and didn’t notice any excessive drying. I did not notice any volume and I felt like my hair was a little more static-ey. Overall, I would try again.

I normally feel I have to straighten or curl my hair after blowing it out to help with smoothing my hair but I didn’t need it after using this shampoo. I like how they are making the product more clean and it’s a great value. Will definitely keep buying in the future.

It lathered perfectly, smelled great, but it did fall short for my hair type. It did seem to dry out my hair once dried. I tried multiple times thinking it was maybe just the switch in shampoos, but it still felt the same.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a shampoo with the scent of rose hips. Scent wise it is a fairly standard rose scent that smells like most standard rose scented products. I would say it is stronger in the bottle than it is while using it or afterwards. You smell it a bit while using it, but it does not really linger in your hair after rinsing, unless you are smelling your hair directly you probably wont smell it after. So it probably would be an okay option for people who are more sensitive to scents or around people who are, or people who don't want a scent that lingers. As a shampoo it is pretty good. It lathers up a lot so a little goes a long way when using it. It also rinses cleanly and easily out. My hair felt soft after using it and I did not experience any scalp irritation, which for the winter is great. Overall if you like rose scented products that are mild this would probably be a good option to try out and see if it works for your hair.

I love the rose petal scent top notes, I got whiffs of the beautiful smell all day long! Even my husband uses the shampoo and loved the way his hair was frizz free all day and shiny. This shampoo is also mindfully created - certified PETA cruelty-free, silicone-free, mineral-oil-free, color-safe, too! The lather on my scalp created a beautiful clean experience, and it washed right out with water easily. My scalp felt clean and beautiful, and my hair was shiny for days after! I’m so glad I tried this shampoo and I will definitely be repurchasing! I love the affordable, care, and quality of this shampoo!

Love the brand my hair always feels silky soft after using and love it doesn't have any bad crap in it and ok for colored hair.

I like that it’s 0% parabens and silicones, which makes me feel a little better about using it daily. The lather is nice, you don’t need a ton of product. If you like floral scents and want something affordable but still effective, this one’s definitely worth trying!

If you don’t like the smell of roses then this isn’t for you. My hair feels smoother and healthier. The size of the bottle is great for my shower because I don’t have a ton of room for extra products.

Effective cleaner, but harsh and commonly irritating/drying for skin & scalp. Sodium Xylenesulfonate → A secondary surfactant used to thin formulas; not toxic, but not gentle and often avoided in clean formulas. Fragrance / Parfum → This is a big one. It’s a catch-all term that can hide dozens of undisclosed chemicals, including allergens and hormone disruptors. Synthetic preservatives & stabilizers (hard to read fully, but typical in mass-market P&G formulas) → These are functional, but not “clean” in the holistic sense. ✅ Ingredients that sound clean (but don’t offset the rest) Rosa Canina (Rosehip) Fruit Extract Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil These are nice additions — but they’re present in small amounts and don’t cancel out the harsher base formula. 🧼 The bigger picture This is a conventional, mass-market formula, likely designed to: Lather a lot Be shelf-stable for years Be inexpensive to manufacture That’s very different from a clean or low-tox formulation philosophy.
