The design on the bottle is very appealing. The smell is extremely good. It’s very floral, but it still has hints of sweetness. I also mentioned in my review for the shampoo that I struggle with psoriasis and just dry scalp overall and these products did not worsen that. they did their job efficiently without impacting my current situation with my hair negatively! I think you get a lot for what you pay. There’s definitely a lot of product in there and it doesn’t seem too expensive seen in real life. I would recommend this product. It’s beginner friendly. It’s just conditioner. I’ve noticed some softness in my hair since I started it.

The level of breakage has decreased. There's no reside left behind after rinsing. Cute little pink packaging is nice too. It's an overall good product

The actual product itself is way too heavy for fine haired and curly haired people. I used it on my daughter’s hair who is fine and has coils and it completely weighed her hair down until the next wash to get all the buildup gone.
