It doesn't feel heavy with build up. It's easy to brush my hair after. My hair loss amount has gone down SO MUCH since using the shampoo and conditioner. From being able to make a wig for a Barbie to just a few strands during/after washing. Less noticeable split ends. Fuller seeming hair. People were asking if I had dyed my hair recently because it looked BETTER! Less brassy and more smoother. 10/10!
