My hair felt soft and it seemed to do a good job with making my hair not feel coarse and gritty. I liked the thickness of the texture and felt it was a consistent foam when I lathered up. It easily rinsed out of my hair as well without leaving residue. My hair felt shiny and had good volume after styling and I noticed minimal breakage or hair loss if any.
