[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been years since I've used Herbal Essences. I'm so glad I received the Smooth Rose Hips Conditioner to test. The scent is gorgeous, the rose comes through, but so does the fruity, playful other notes in the conditioner. I can only describe it as lychee and candy. It's delicious. The consistency is thick and slips easily thru my hair. I rinse twice to make sure all of the thicker conditioner is out of my fine hair. No residue is left behind. My hair is gorgeous after being blow dried and the scent lingers. 10/10
