It was a good lather, but didn’t strip my hair. I have colored hair and kept my color just as-is. I felt like my hair was smooth after the first wash. As someone with curly hair, this shampoo is good occasionally because they need moisture. Definitely need to follow up with a moisture rich conditioner and leave in.
