I even applied a root volume styling product and still my hair looks flat. I jumped at the chance bc anything rose is hydrating. Well not this shampoo, my hair felt dry. I did color my hair prior, but I've never had an issue with a shampoo drying out my hair. Second thing I noticed, the conditioner states "USE GENEROUSLY". Well you are going to have to, I applied conditioner twice. And a heavier amount the second time! The scent in the conditioner is stronger than the shampoo. Sorry but this product was not for me. I dont remember Herbal Essence every doing this to my hair before.
