It lathers nicely, smells good, and has a nice almost jelly texture when it comes out of the bottle, but it felt like it cleansed my hair to the point of being squeaky which I would expect more from a clarifying shampoo than one that claims to be hydrating and color-safe. You might like it if you have a really oily scalp.

Smells just like I recall Herbal Essences shampoo smelling in the past ((though it's been a long while since I've used the brand)). Floral/fruity fragrance that's heavy on the rose. Shampoo is easy to lather and creates a lot of suds. Doesn't feel stripping yet gets my hair clean. I used this with the conditioner for over a week and didn't see huge results, but I did enjoy the experience and feel it did a nice job cleansing my hair. Would certainly use again!
