I didn't even realize I forgot to take a good picture before starting using it. I got it and started testing it right away! I love the textures. The shampoo is not too thick, the conditioner is a thick cream. The scent is light and delicate. It makes a lot of suds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to like herbal essence's shampoo!! especially since it reminds me so much of my childhood and checkmarks boxes at first glance. The bottle design is beautiful and classic, but modern with the roses showing behind the shampoo. The scent is nostalgic. Clean and floral smelling like my childhood. I'm glad they did not change the bottle design or smell much when they change formulas. I do like that. The shampoo has zero parabens, but it does not hold up on its performance. I left my hair feeling squeaky clean, but not in a good way my hair felt stripped of moisture and required the use of conditioner to revive my hair, even somewhat. To be fair I do have thick hair that I typically choose a cream-based shampoo for. I positive that I have is that my hair smelled like their signature scent for about a day and a half and I did not feel as though I needed to wash my hair again for another three or four days. After trying the product, I'm not confident that this would make me more enticed to buy their clear shampoo, but if they were to come out with a creamy-base shampoo, I would definitely give it another go!
