[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was too heavy on my hair because it is super thick but my daughter used it and she has thinner hair than I do so it was perfect for her hair. She loved the rose smell and I thought it was too strong of a smell for me.

It has a creamy texture that spreads easily through the hair, and it has the same soft floral scent as the shampoo. It’s simple, not too thick, and rinses out without leaving my hair feeling coated. I appreciate that it’s paraben‑free and that the bottle is easy to squeeze. After using it, my hair feels softer and a little more manageable. It’s a solid, no‑nonsense conditioner if you want something gentle with a clean, classic scent.

The conditioner in specific de-frizzed and left a shine behind. However I did have to wait a while before I was able to brush my hair out. I have natural curly hair, so this is somewhat normal. But it’s always nice to have a strong moisturizing conditioner! Thank you herbal essence and Influenster for this delicious duo 🥀

Application was great. Did not have to use a whole lot to saturate my hair and left my hair feeling soft.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to like herbal essence’s shampoo!! especially since it reminds me so much of my childhood and checkmarks boxes at first glance. The bottle design is beautiful and classic, but modern with the roses showing behind the shampoo. The scent is nostalgic. Clean and floral smelling like my childhood. I’m glad they did not change the bottle design or smell much when they change formulas. I do like that. The shampoo has zero parabens, but it does not hold up on its performance. I left my hair feeling squeaky clean, but not in a good way my hair felt stripped of moisture and required the use of conditioner to revive my hair, even somewhat. To be fair I do have thick hair that I typically choose a cream-based shampoo for. I positive that I have is that my hair smelled like their signature scent for about a day and a half and I did not feel as though I needed to wash my hair again for another three or four days. After trying the product, I’m not confident that this would make me more enticed to buy their clear shampoo, but if they were to come out with a creamy-base shampoo, I would definitely give it another go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this shampoo! As you can see from my before and after pics, my hair color was dull and a bit lank with slight dandruff. But in the after photos you can see my color looks much brighter and shinier and much more vibrant. The packaging is cute, I love all things pink and it stands out on a shelf. I am not normally the world’s biggest fan of rose scents, but this one smells delicious and I still smell it days later. The lather was amazing, one of the best I’ve tried for lather alone. Detangling was great too, no issues there. Highly recommend!
