[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't use Herbal Essence shampoo very often. I love the packaging and the aesthetics of it. The consistency is that of shampoo, and it's not thick or runny. The rose hips scent isn't that strong, so it tends to fade after you start putting in your everyday products. My hair was dryer and had so much more frizzy than I am used to. There was also a residue aftery hair dried that I didn't much care for. Everyone's experience is different, so just because it didn't work for me doesn't mean it won't work for the next person.

It’s fresh, floral, and clean without being too overpowering. It leaves my hair feeling soft, smooth, and shiny. The shampoo has a good lather and the conditioner gives a good slip and helps with frizzy hair in the summer time. Perfect if you like silky, smooth hair with a classic salon fresh scent.

It has a very pleasant floral scent and leaves my hair soft, hydrated and easy to detangle. It doesn’t feel heavy on my hair, and the shine is noticeable after the first use. I did like how it coats your hair but isn’t heavy on your scalp, I guess that’s because of no parabens or silicone. My curls came out a lot smoother than they typically do. I’ll try it again on straightened hair.
