It has a nice scent and lathers really well, so a little goes a long way, which I liked. However, after rinsing, my hair didn’t feel as hydrated as I expected and actually felt a bit stripped and dry. It cleansed my hair, but it didn’t leave it feeling soft or nourished. This might work better for someone with a different hair type, but for me, it didn’t give the moisture I was looking for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Herbal Essence’s Rose Hips conditioner is a solid conditioner. It’s got a light fragrance and it’s super creamy and rich. Even though it’s silicone free, the vitamin E and jojoba oil provide a nice slip. My hair looks and feels extra smooth.

However, my hair was very dry after using and didn’t give me the soft, luxurious curls I was hoping for. It smells good though! It lathered well and rinsed out well.

This rose hip conditioner is a nice throw back to that time too. I believe it used the same one at 16! Anywho, it smells great, it cleans your hair so gently and with ease and rinses out the same! Going in my hair was dried out and brittle from the last couple of days so it definitely needed some life back in it. After blow drying on cool my hair is back to being so soft and bouncy and full and shiny. Its so nice. Theyre such a reliable brand that has always delivered on results without ever doing to much extra and I just ao appreciate that!
