While the shampoo tends to feel a bit drying on my hair, the conditioner really helps balance that out. It leaves my hair noticeably softer and smoother. I love that it is paraben free. The scent is pleasant.

It came in a brown box, packaged in a clear Ziploc bag, which was totally fine. It has not left my hair dry, or brittle and i do appreciate that!
