We both have dry to normal hair, and we’ve been using this shampoo several times a week as part of our regular hair care routine. It smooths nicely and keeps frizz away. Because my hair is thick and curly I don’t feel like it’s as helpful. However if you have fine hair or wavy hair, your hair will thank you for this product. Great value!
