[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try Herbal Essences Rose Hips Smooth Shampoo because I used to use it as a teen and loved the iconic smell. It still smells great in the shower, though doesn’t leave a strong scent after washing. It seems my hair needs are a little different these days as it left my hair soft but dry and frizzy compared to my normal shampoo routine. I double cleansed as directed on the label. The after picture is my hair air dried after washing and using no other product—which is a tall ask of a shampoo to manage my frizzy wavy hair without any kind of conditioner. It did give good volume. Overall it’s good but I don’t feel like this is the formula for me.

Its good for all types and textures! Leaves you smelling fresh, I have received so many compliments on the way it smells. Easy to dispense, though I’d prefer an option for a bigger bottle and pump. If you use a lot, it will be hard to make sure that you rinse it all out. So that was my only issue. you don't need to use a lot, which is a good thing. I just didn't know that at first. But one of the best smelling shampoos
