I have always liked Herbal Essence, hair products, their budget, friendly, and good quality. Rose Hips Smooth Conditioner is the same quality I expected. The conditioner has a nice, rich feel to it that washes out clean. The scent is pleasant. I did notice my hair was a bit smoother after using this conditioner so it lives up to its claim. Recommended.

It feels light on the scalp and doesn't weigh my hair down. The scent is a big plus... fresh, floral and not too strong. The only reason it's not a full 5 stars, is that I wish the smooth effect lasted a bit longer. Overall, it's a great conditioner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been testing the herbal essences rose hips smooth shampoo on my daughter and I. It has been a wonderful addition to our shower routine the first thing I noticed was the rich creamy lather it feels very luxurious and cleanses our hair thoroughly without any harsh irritation to our scalp. The texture of the shampoo is smooth and easy to work through on the long hair , and it rinses out perfectly clean. I was specifically looking to see if it left any heavy residuals behind but our hair felt light and bouncy once it dried, speaking of drying it didn't explain any typically straw-like feeling that some clarifying shampoo cause . instead my hair felt soft and look shiner.

I have finer, thinner hair, so I prefer lighter conditioners like this one that doesn't bog my hair down when it dries. I do think that the scent was very strong when applying, but I did love the smell after it dried, just something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to strong fragrances.

It leaves a light scent that lasts all day and is amazing. It lathers really good and will have your hair feeling like it just got out of the salon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to try the Herbal Essences Rose Shampoo because the scent is absolutely beautiful, light, floral, and long lasting without being overpowering. The packaging is also appealing and easy to use. However after trying multiple times, I found out it didn’t work well for my hair type. My hair is naturally wavy, and this product left it feeling overly dry and frizzy, with less definition than usual. Instead of enhancing my natural texture, it made my hair appear more puffy and harder to manage. I do think this product could work well with someone with straighter or finer hair who is looking for a lightweight cleanse and a fresh scent. For wavy or drier hair, though, it might not provide enough moisture. Overall, I love the scent and concept, but it just wasn’t the right fit for my hair needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shampoo has a nice floral (rose) scent that lasts days after washing. I wish this product was a rose colored bottled, with a clear liquid. Instead it's a rose colored liquid made from dyes. Due to this reason I wouldn't personally purchase it in the future. If your a household who doesn't mind dyes, then I'd suggest trying it out.

I like that that this doesn’t strip my hair and make it feel dry. It feels clean after use and I can smell it in my hair long after washing.

I would recommend using a great conditioner with this product. The smell does stick for awhile which I loved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually love it... im not usually a "rose" smell kind of girl but this isn't over powering and you can slightly smell the hint of apples and lily in it giving the triple combo a heavenly aroma. It feels great.. doesnt feel like its coating my hair and my hair dries so nice. My hair naturally has volume so thats hard to say but the consistency is always welcoming.
