It is so subtle but strong at the same time and it doesn’t smell overbearingly like roses more of a nice light floral. The lather only took once over to get my hair, fully coated in the shampoo, leaving it nice clean and shiny. I have not noticed any frizz, but I normally only get that when I tend to hair dry and I let my air dry this time so I can’t speak on that, but I do love the way it comes out of the bottle with the large dispensers.
