[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Herbal Essences Rose Hips Smooth Shampoo did nothing for my hair. Other than the word smooth, I saw no other claims on the bottle. My before hair looks way better and more smooth than after using and blow drying as usual. Even using my normal conditioner with it didn’t help. I have fine, thin hair and this makes my ends look very stringy and less shiny.
