I love how it softens the hair for easy detangling. The scent is very strong and so pretty, it's like a tropical fruity floral. I love that it tames without taking away volume! It is so nostalgic! It works just as great as it did when I was a kiddo!

What I did notice, though, is that for my scalp type- which is normal, and I wash my hair every 2-3 days- it gave me dandruff. I found that strange, but I’ll keep trying it. 🙏🏼

I always immediately think of the “yes, yes, yes” commercial when I hear or see Herbal Essences. While the scent was a fun throwback, the product itself didn’t do much for my hair. Didn’t notice any difference from my current shampoo, and it was a bit drying on my curls.

I didn’t even realize I forgot to take a good picture before starting using it. I got it and started testing it right away! I love the textures. The shampoo is not too thick, the conditioner is a thick cream. The scent is light and delicate. It makes a lot of suds.

One thing I love is that it didn’t wait my hair down at all. Even with regular use, my hair still felt light and had a natural bounce. The formula felt very thick and rich, but rinse out easily and leaves my hair, looking shiny and healthy. The scent honestly one of the best parts. It had a fresh, floral smell with notice for rose notes that aren’t overpowering and the smell actually lasted on my hair for hours after washing. Every time I move my hair, I catch a hint of the scent which make it feel extra clean and refreshing. Overall it did a great job at smoothing my frizz and making my hair look more polished and shinier definitely recommend this conditioner especially if you’re looking for a good conditioner, that doesn’t flatten your hair.
