[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd give the Herbal Essences Smooth Rose Hips Conditioner about 3 out of 5 stars. It's not bad, but it doesn't really stand out either. Like the shampoo, the scent is really nice—light, floral, and fresh without being too strong. It makes your hair smell good for a while after washing, which is definitely a plus. The texture is smooth and easy to distribute, and it rinses out clean without leaving a heavy residue. Where it falls short is in performance. It adds a bit of softness, but I didn't notice a big difference in terms of smoothing or frizz control. My hair still needed extra products afterward to look truly polished. It also doesn't feel super hydrating, so if your hair is on the drier side, it might not be enough. Overall, it's a decent everyday conditioner that pairs fine with the shampoo, but it's more average than impressive.

I'm a natural hair girly and my hair gets very dry quickly, but for this to be a standard shampoo, it doesn't feel stripping it all! It simply does what it has to do and surprisingly my hands are able to glide through my hair with this shampoo. Also, not the biggest fan of floral scents in general, but I really enjoy the scent as well.
