My hair is very dry, but this stuff doesn't do what I was expecting. It was also really thick, lots of residue to rinse out. I spent a long time rinsing it out and still didn't get it all. My hair does feel softer, but not as hydrated as I need. But I will say, I have a lot less shedding with this due! So less breakage!
