The packaging is designed perfectly it's a great sized bottle that fits well in your hand and doesn't slip in the shower. It has such a creamy smooth milky texture. 10/10.

It does not leave a film, making it feel like it still needs to be rinsed. It also does not make your hair feel or look greasy after blow drying

The smell reminded me of the original herbal essences, that my grandmother used to have in her house. It was a wonderful scent to be brought back. There are no parabens, and it was not heavy on my hair. It made for a good wash, good lather and overall satisfaction.

Purple essence is smooth Rose hips conditioner has an amazing smell and leaves my hair feeling so clean and refreshed. It's absolutely amazing. My hair is no longer dry and I'm able to rinse it with ease. Unlike other conditioners that seem to grab onto your hair, follicles and not want to rinse out or would leave my hair greasy!

I would say it definitely gets my hair very clean, but unfortunately I experienced a LOT of flyaways after using it. I would definitely follow up with a good quality conditioner and styling products. I prefer to air dry and I don’t think that’s the best usage scenario for this. I would say clarifying more than smoothing in my opinion.
