I needed at least three pumps to fully work it through my hair. But it left my hair feeling squeaky clean. The conditioner followed up perfectly leaving my hair silky smooth and easy to manage. However, I did notice it dried my hair out a bit faster than expected. My hair is color treated so that may have played a role. That said it really worked well on my daughter‘s hair, which has a different texture than mine. Overall, a nice option, depending on your hair type, but not the best fit for me.
