It is lightweight but deeply hydrating, helping tame frizz and smooth out dry ends. I also love the fresh rose scent - it smells clean and floral and lasts in the hair for hours. Conditioner did a good job with making my hair feel soft but it didn’t last once I blow dried. Didn’t really help with frizz. It’s an okay drug store brand system but doesn’t do anything amazing besides having a great scent.
