I was able to comb through my hair very easily when I have this product in during my showerand it helped get every knot out and it did not really snag or pull on my hair. Oh and the smell is otherworldly. It is so incredible. It's very feminine. It's like not over the top or in your face. It's like the perfect kiss of scent left behind on your hair but just smells like such a beautiful rose garden very soft floral feminine I absolutely adore it.

The scent of both shampoo and conditioner is amazing. Apart from that application is easier. I just applied on humid hair wait 3-5 minutes then rinse. After using it I feel my hair softer but kind of dry and with more volume. That's why I have it a 4 out of 5.
