I have tried these and the shields and have not found them to fit very well. They just dont seem to be made for mens briefs to wide at the top glue in wrong place and they bunch up at the bottom. I tried the womens version poise and found them a better fit and a lot cheaper which I think is not right the ladies are so much less than mens Just not a good fit and would be more than will to help them redesign

About 4 months ago I underwent a medical proceedure that caused bouts of partial incontinence. Like other men my first resort was traditional sanitary pads. The design of these pads did not accomidate the male needs so I looked for alternatives and graduadly rulled out everything but the Depends Guards for Men. However, after a while and several very embarrising accidents I noticed what I consider a critical defect in the manufacturing construction of the Depends Guards. The mastic that is saposed to secure the pad to the undergarment. The shortcoming of the design was a failure of the front-top portion of the pad which led to the front-top of the garment folding inward which inturn led to leakage and/or sticking to vital parts. The sticking was uncomfortable at best and frequently painful attachment to undesirable boidy parts. Since this series of malfunctions I have switched to another brand with somewhat more durable mastic. Oddly enough a generic substitute that out proforms a name brand.

According to their study, they found that these pads were a little oversized yet comfortable. It does give a discreetness, but the wearer found that he felt it could be seen as far as Leak proof it definitely does the job.

They were very easy to use, comfortable, and discreet. He hasn’t needed them every day but whenever he did they were great to have on hand. Will buy again.

Though incentivized, my opinion is entirely my own. I received the depends men’s guard. It features discreet, cup-shaped protection right where men need it most. Offering worry-free odor control, they're individually wrapped in a cloth-like pouch for discreet carrying. I got this for the men in my family for them to try it out and just review it for me the fact that it is order free they loved it and it is in a discreet packaging and it doesn’t look like they are carrying any type of personal items with them at this time, they don’t see the use of using incontinence pads quite yet, but when they do get to that point, they will go to Depends because it worked. It also fit well within their boxers or their briefs, and they did say that it absorbed what they did have, but they didn’t test it out where they could see that it was full, but the fact that it was comfortable, it was weird getting used to it, but like I said if they had to wear something like this, they would prefer this brand

My husband struggles with Copd and is very self conscious about having noticeable leakage. he said they work just as well as the others. He was recently sick and these were an absolute life saver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads are comfortable and reliable. I have tried several different brands but Depend pads are definitely the best pads I have used. They fit well, they do not bunch up and also they absorb everything I need them to do. I feel confident wearing them threw out the day.

I have tried different brands of guards and when Depends came out with the new guards I tried them. Still not very good. My favorite is Tena Guards. They have a triangular design that affords better coverage and is more dependable. May not have as much absorpency and needs to be changed a little bit more often, but not as much chance of leaks to the side.
