These guards provide great protection and are extremely comfortable to wear. They fit well, don’t bunch up, and stay in place throughout the day. Whether I'm out and about or relaxing at home, they offer peace of mind without being bulky or noticeable. The absorbency is top-notch, and they feel discreet under clothing. Last thing, they don't leave any smell! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs reliable protection without sacrificing comfort. Depend has truly delivered with this product!

This product I have been using for years and suffered through many failures but did not see an alternative. I asked my wife to reorder for me some time back and she mistakenly ordered a different brand. To my surprise these worked much better than depends on keeping it together. The plastic wrap on depends comes apart with leakage greater than a few small drizzles. This results in the inner absorbent material falling out and down into my underwear or pants. I am only still using them because I ordered 104 of them and found if I put them in upside down, the top end holds together better than the bottom end. My next order will NOT be Depends Guards for (nobody).

I wore this all day and didn’t remember until I saw it again so I would highly recommend if you struggle with leaks. No smell and great value for the amount you get.

It has strong adhesive backing. The guards stay securely in place within briefs or boxer briefs. It is very comfortable withcup-like shape, and the guards are made with soft materials for a comfortable experience. Each guard is individually wrapped, making them easy to carry and dispose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who was skeptical at first about comfort, these turned out to be very comfortable. I have been able to wear them for long periods of time without any issues. You do not feel you are wearing anything else.

I do not like the new Guards at all. They are less absorbent and require me to use 5 guards a day where I was using 2 before. I have been using your product for 17 years and was very pleased with it. The new guards are a big disappointment. You have downgraded the efficiency that I always depended on. I have a large supply of these guards on hand at the moment. Hope you will go back to the old guards real soon. I will keep trying to find a replacement for the future, as I can not "DEPEND" on your brand anymore. I will be watching your Ads to see if you have changed the product back to the original. Hope it will be real soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I talked to a Depend rep at the 800 number today, who sounded like he was 18 years old. He was a nice enough, but didn't seem to have much of an idea about what it's actually like to have to use any of these products. He would often repeat what I considered to be "corporate platitudes" about them. I had a prostatectomy in March 2015, used the full pants for a while and then graduated to the Guards product. Generally, the Guards work OK, but I think two design changes would be VERY beneficial. First, the Guards need to be stiffened so that they hold their width better. A light plastic mesh located at the bottom of the pad would really help. As the pad fills, it gets narrower and heavier, making it a much more difficult target to hit. When exhausted, it deforms into a long tube. Second, serious consideration should be given to extending the adhesive strip to the end of the top end of the pad. The pad has a tendency to cup as it's being filled and often cups TOO much at the top allowing the user to urinate over the top of the pad. Serious consideration of these two design changes would be very much appreciated.
