I am Chris and have been plagued with bladder problems all my life. I have worn diapers at night all my life and protection of some sort during the day to school as a kid and now to work. I do have a few pairs of tighty whiteys for when I am near a bathroom. I did try wearing these pads inside my underwear. Once on a long drive when I could not find a place to urinate I let a little out to relieve the pain and it held the first small amount I let out. Minutes later the pain came back feeling like my eyes were about to pop through my eyeglasses and I again let a bit more out. Finally I got to an exit and a gas station and as I got out of my car and stood up more came out and leaked into my underwear and jeans and I had a big wet spot in my frontal area. I then hit the mens room and gushed out into a urinal for about 2 minutes. I do keep Depend Mens Undies in my car so I brought one into the bathroom and changed into one in a stall. So for slight bladder problems I would recommend as well as for guy stuff but for heavy or moderate incontinence either the Maximum Protection plastic backed or the Mens Underwear or the Real Fit Underwear are the best options. I wear Depend Mens Underwear during the day and Maximum Protection at night. My bladder is way too weak and I wet way too much for these.

She has used them in the past and said they're just as absorbent and comfortable as the top leading pads. They fit easily into most undergarments without being noticed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These really do the job that’s for sure. They’re comfortable and absorb like nothing I’ve ever seen. Discreet? Eh, no. Not even close, but who really cares as long as they’re doing what they’re supposed to.

I have tried using guards two time, had a problem both times. The first pack I bought the two sides of the guard wasn't sealed properly at the bottom and the absorbing material between the two sides kept falling out, I through that pack away. Last weekend I bought another pack. The guards in this pack have no adhesive on the top four to five inches of them and the rest of the guard has very little adhesive on them. Someone else posted that they weren't wide enough, I agree 100% with that person.

This product has recently changed to the grey wrapper and grey liner, and it's a step backward. It doesn't absorb any where near what the older version (white wrapper and blue liner) did. I bought them thinking they've improved the product, now I'm looking for something that works again. I even called a number of local places to see if anyone had the older dark green packaging, but no one did. I've used the original guards for almost 12 years but this new product is useless to me, it only lasts about 1/3 the time as the old one. I can't recommend this new product to anyone.

He is able to add them to his underwear for added protection. Fits well, can barely see thru pants. Helps control the urine odor. Very good option for the money.

The absorbency was great, every drop was catched in these secure protection guards. And for anyone asking, no there were no odors!
