I am Chris and have been plagued with bladder problems all my life. I have worn diapers at night all my life and protection of some sort during the day to school as a kid and now to work. I do have a few pairs of tighty whiteys for when I am near a bathroom. I did try wearing these pads inside my underwear. Once on a long drive when I could not find a place to urinate I let a little out to relieve the pain and it held the first small amount I let out. Minutes later the pain came back feeling like my eyes were about to pop through my eyeglasses and I again let a bit more out. Finally I got to an exit and a gas station and as I got out of my car and stood up more came out and leaked into my underwear and jeans and I had a big wet spot in my frontal area. I then hit the mens room and gushed out into a urinal for about 2 minutes. I do keep Depend Mens Undies in my car so I brought one into the bathroom and changed into one in a stall. So for slight bladder problems I would recommend as well as for guy stuff but for heavy or moderate incontinence either the Maximum Protection plastic backed or the Mens Underwear or the Real Fit Underwear are the best options. I wear Depend Mens Underwear during the day and Maximum Protection at night. My bladder is way too weak and I wet way too much for these.

They absorb liquid well, prevent odor from spreading, and fit perfectly. They are comfortable and do not cause my dad any marks or itchiness on his skin. Also, they are discreet and you don’t notice any bulges through his clothing.

You can't really tell when it's on. These are great protection when you're on the go or relaxing at home. They are affordable and easy to get.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven't had to use it for incontinence but was able to use it as a security when I'm recovering from an anal fissure. The pads easily absorbed the body fluids. It takes some creativity to shape the pad to fit in skinny wear and not have it bulge out in weird places but that is understandable if you are sacrificing for more absorbency protection. Overall the ease of mind it gives and not having to be embarrassed greatly outweighs the potential effort to make it fit perfect. Didn't have the same issue with looser pants. Either way once you have it on, you don't feel it anymore even when walking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son tested this product and at first glance we thought it would be a viable solution to his occasional bed wetting, we soon realized that was not the case. Not only did he say they were super uncomfortable (think large pad made for women on their cycle), he also said it didn’t stay in place and that they didn’t hold any urine, making them uncomfortable and useless. I think there is a real need for these type of products for older boys and men with occasional bed wetting/bladder issues however this not a solution- back to the drawing boards!

It never felt wet to the surrounding skin and it definitely holds 25 times its weight in liquid. It also neutralized any bad odor that usually comes along with urine and that was a relief to not have to smell that smell or think anyone around you can smell it. I definitely recommend this product to anyone with bladder issues that wants something to protect their skin and from ruining clothes from bladder accidents. One guard lasted many hours depending on how much liquid was in it. Only 1-2 per day were needed. They come in a discreet package as well.

This help for any accidents that could happen. They are affordable and you can buy them almost anywhere. especially since they are stubborn that won’t do the diapers yet these are the next best thing than a diaper.
