Comfort is fine, however the guards retain moisture which irritate my scrotum to the point of chaffing and bleeding. I apply a baby (A&D) ointment several times a day to protect my skin from the moisture. Pads are changed several times a day. I understand that the gurads aren't intended to cure incontinence and taking Myrbetriq is helpful in dealing with the incontinence, but the guards are still necessary to prevent leakage onto outer-wear. I just wish they didn't exacerbate the problem.

We were limited in what we could do away from the house because he had difficulty not being near a bathroom. This now has allowed us a renewal of life. It allows us to do things. Enjoy life. Be more free as opposed to being tied down to being near a restroom. My dad says they are comfortable, easy to put on and fits just fine. Truly life changing.
