This pad is no where the quality that it used to be. I can not see how they come up with positive reviews. The pad is much smaller than the earlier types, less absorbent and the area where it meets the leg opening shrinks and causes the briefs to be soaked and needs changed three to four times a day. The pads are smaller and not enough adhesive material to stay put in position. This is not the pad it used to be. It obviously means more money for the company until people may no longer want to purchase it, then they may make it better. At least to the quality it was five years ago. I hope they post this as it is not just all good reviews that should tell the story honestly.

First wear he had a small accident but the odor was not there at all and after a few wears he says while sleep if he has an accident they dont leak outside it as much. But other then that, i tried them for pads cause i didn't have any. It works. Keeps it in there and it does have directions!!!

My experience with this product has not been good. These guards leak through the sides and need to be changed frequently. I can visually see that the pad has plenty of life left in it but it needs to be changed out because of the leak. I wouldn't chance wearing these out in public. I wear them at home only so that I can change my underwear and pad and hope for the best. I won't purchase these again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use Depends Guards For Men, whenever I am go to be away from the house for any an extended length of time, such as visiting a relative in another town. I don't have a leakage problem, but I can experience surges when standing after sitting or riding for more than an hour. I find only two deficiencies with this product. 1. I find it difficult to find the opening in the gray fabric packaging in low light. A white stripe or thread across the opening would help. 2. The top of the guard can roll down and become uncomfortable. There needs to be a better way to fasten the top of the guard to my briefs. Another glue strip would help.

I use probably 1-2 in one day because I dislike the idea of leaving any wetness much time that can become uncomfortable. I find after my daily shower it is nice to have a clean replacement with my clean clothes. I would prefer they had slightly more stickiness to provide a stronger bond to underwear. mostly comfortable except sometimes has a slightly uncomfortable bothersome edge, and it is very healthful in keeping down any rashes.

However, make sure is alinged correctly with the briefs. The underwear is not bulky, so you can wear it with jeans, sweatpants, or pajamas. My wife didn’t even notice, and the odor protection works efficiently.
