This toothpaste really, really whitens and fresh's your breath! The reason I gave it a 3 is because it makes me gag and I feel like I am going to throw up. Also, it does nothing to help with sensitivity at all - as it claims.

Finally a toothpaste that covers ALL the bases, you don't have to compromise with bad breath to have whiter teeth . I'm not sure why it's taken this long but I'm glad I got it. I used it last night and my mouth and teeth actually felt so clean

I was shocked when I opened a tube of this toothpaste. It’s a gel and blue. But worst of all, it does not clean my teeth well. I feel like I have stuff all over my teeth even though I use a Sonicare toothbrush. I did not see “gel” in the description. Now I am stuck with 5 tubes of it. I may just throw away or donate it somewhere. The package looks almost exactly like my regular (I think) Colgate Advanced White toothpaste.
