This toothpaste really, really whitens and fresh's your breath! The reason I gave it a 3 is because it makes me gag and I feel like I am going to throw up. Also, it does nothing to help with sensitivity at all - as it claims.

Helps stop expensive painful trips to the Dentist, natural white teeth instead of yellow or coffee stains. Brush after eating anything, drinking coffee, or sodas.

Finally a toothpaste that covers ALL the bases, you don't have to compromise with bad breath to have whiter teeth . I'm not sure why it's taken this long but I'm glad I got it. I used it last night and my mouth and teeth actually felt so clean
