This is absolutely amazing. All other nasal sprays I have ever used has caused dripping, this has ABSOLUTELY no dripping whatsoever!! I love it. My sinuses feel amazing.

Yet, I have noticed that the packaging has changed and thankfully so. Easier to get into, I didn't lose any appendages in the process. Also, I love the new formula (I havent tried Nasacort since I was a teen! It's been a while!) no scent, no alcohol. Nozzle is comfortable and you really can feel it work. Instantaneously almost. I am excited to see how the next few days unfold, if I had to tell right now...yes, Nasacort24HR is where relief is!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't always have severe allergies, but often wake up with a stuffy, itchy, or especially runny nose. This nasal spray is perfect for clearing any of that up! I used it mostly for runny nose, and didnt notice my nose running anymore, after a few minutes. It doesnt have an extreme scent, which is probably preferred by most people. I don't know that it lasts 24 hours, but its pretty long lasting.

It's easy to use with the applicator tip. Additionally no post nasal drip which is great for a nasal spray! It's so easy to bring with me everywhere. No scent and alcohol free so it doesn't seem like a chemical, stinging medicine. This works really well for me. I would definitely buy this again.

Before I received Nasacort I was using my inhaler on my 7 to 10 mile walk/run and had a medic who stopped for lunch ask me if I needed assistance. I wasn't able to breathe. Fill up quickly with mucus, eyes would instantly water being on my trails that I take. Then I started using Nasacort and right off I noticed a huge difference. It's been a week now and to my surprise No runny nose no eyes watering and I could take a deep breathe. I could FINALLY breathe. Mind you I've gone threw allergy shots the works. And this allergy 24 hour Nasacort worked wonders. Didn't give me a headache like other products did. I will continue this product over and over again. I couldn't believe how well it worked. Most of all this product made it so I can do the things i struggled with like climbing mountains, hikes in the adirondacks, or just regular trails making numerous stops. Not anymore!
