I have chronic sinus congestion and have tried many sinus sprays. So far, this one seems to be the most effective.

I dont often use nasal spray, however, when I do, I want something that works well. It continues to work pretty much 24 hours

it's a little inexpensive side but it works pretty good I use it twice daily for my severe allergies to cats.
