It didn't last 24 hours and it really didn't provide immediate relief for him. Now for me it did help. This is why I gave it three stars because where I felt relief and have mild allergies really would love to find something that would help for his more severe allergies. Something that you can use maybe once or twice and be done and not constantly be using nasal sprays which proven to not be the best when you use constantly. I would still definitely recommend it to a friend or family member.

Super easy, just two sprays in each nostril. It didn't leave a nasty residue or taste in my mouth, like other sprays have done in the past. It lasted a good time too, I didn't need it until the next day. Of course, it is a 24 hour spray, so I guess it really does as promised!

I was able to breath better and I was less congested..by the 3rd day symptoms improved quite a bit. Nasal passages were clearing , nasal swelling was subsiding allowing me to breath better. I was no longer sneezing or needed a full box of tissues with me at all times.. itchiness was gone and so was most of the congestion I had been dealing with since Spring began. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nasacort allergy spray seems to be working so far. I have mild allergies that come and go all Spring and Summer and nothing really has helped. I have used a nasal spray before but didn't notice much of a difference and it was prescription from a doctor. I like this so much more because I can get it right away at the store. I like that it is non drowsy and lasts all day. It is super easy to use and I will continue to use it for the rest of the Spring.

I feel that it also made the inside of my nose more dry and itchy. It just didn't make me feel much better, not a good 1st impression of the Nasacort brand. It didn't meet my expectations at all

It is super convenient because you can stick it in your purse for on the go and it works quickly, within 10 minutes or less to relieve that icky sinus pressure. As a con their is a slight after taste, but this is a great product!

Broke this out before bedtime and not only was I able to sleep because it cleared up my nose but in the morning I still had relief! Last for hours like it claims and was a god sent to me when I wanted to tear my nose off from itching!
